Asst. Prof. Alberto Firrincieli is an Italian pianist, harpsichord player, composer, scholar and educator. He teaches major courses in Piano, Harpsichord and Composition at Assumption University of Thailand, Classical Improvisation at Silpakorn University and special collaborative classes at Princess Galyani Vadhana Institute of Music.

His piano method Think in Music integrates seamlessly traditional piano repertoire with classic improvisation, composition, sight-reading and counterpoint. The foundation of this method lies in a deep understanding of music structures. By emphasizing awareness, students not only learn music but also explore their individual sensitivity and uniqueness.

His scholarly publication A New Methodo-logical Approach to Two-Part J. S. Bach Inventions - edited by DaVinci Editions and distributed by Hal Leonard - sheds light on Bach’s compositional method and offers fresh insights for musicians and scholars alike.
